ORDER PREPARATION
All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being handed to the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES BY COUNTRY
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

United States: 10 to 15 business days
United Kingdom: 10 to 15 business days
Canada: 10 to 15 business days
Australia: 10 to 15 business days

These times are estimates. They start counting from the moment your order leaves our facilities, not from the purchase date, and they are not guaranteed. They may be affected by customs procedures, carrier incidents or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped to an address outside the country they are dispatched from may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs fees. These are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
